1941 4th Stamp Dealers Days
This card set was issued to commemorate the 4th Stamp Dealers Day (4. Tag der Briefmarkenhandels) in Leipzig, 7-9 September 1941.
A special post office at the exhibition sold the postcards to attendees for 15 Rpf each, but the majority were sold to dealers who sold the 12-card series for 3 Reichsmark.
The cards depict:
- 01 — camouflaged heavy gun position
- 02 — 1st pontoon bridge at Breisach
- 03 — in captivity
- 04 — old and young comrades
- 05 — Bordeaux harbor
- 06 — after a Stuka attack
- 07 — Mountain troop in front of Narvik
- 08 — in a machine gun bunker on the Upper Rhine
- 09 — landing in rafts
- 10 — after the storm at Le Thillot
- 11 — flak gun on the Atlantic coast
- 12 — flak position
