The 1900 wrapper features a 10 Para overprint on 5 Pf stamp, in Roman font and all caps. The overprint differs from later issues in that the numerals and text are horizontally aligned, and the wrapper still uses the “REICHSPOST” Germania issue as opposed to the later “DEUTSCHES REICH” Germania issues.

The size of the wrapper as issued was 148mm x 300mm.

The wrapper was available in Jaffa, Jerusalem, and Smyrna, and is only found used from those post offices.
