This cards was issued on 30 June 1937 to benefit the Winterhilfswerk program and to commemorate the completion of 1,000 kilometers of the Autobahn.

The stamp design is a shovel. The left side of the card depicts Hitler lifting the first shovel of dirt to start the Autobahn.
