This card was released on 19 May 1941 to support the Comradeship of German Post Offices.

The stamp design is similar to MiNr. 773 of the 1941 Comradeship of German Post Offices stamp issues. It depicts the Junior Camp in Zessen.

The left side of the stamp depicts the Postal Employees Rally in Deutschland Hall, Berlin.
