This card was issued on 12 January 1941 to commemorate Stamp Day. The left side of the card depicts a Viennese postman, or “Wiener Klapperpost”.

The card is Third Reich MiNr. P241 overprinted for use in German-occupied Luxembourg.

Ten different commemorative cancels depicting various war scenes were available from 12-14 January.
