This stamp was issued on 25 August 1939 to commemorate the 11th Party Rally in Nürnberg (Nuremberg).

This stamp is identical to the 1939 Labor Day issue (MiNr. 694), except for the addition of the text “REICHSPARTEITAG 1939”.
