Viktoria Propaganda
In 1941, Germany launched the “Viktoria” propaganda campaign celebrating German conquests. As part of this campaign, the “V-for-Victory” logo was used on cinderella stamps and as a cancel. Viktoria cinderellas were commonly issued by local authorities, including military units and associations.
